SECTION 1 – SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

A) Free Shipping:

Orders with a total value of $90 CAD or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.

B) Standard Shipping Fee:

For orders below $90 CAD, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

C) Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.

SECTION 2 – SHIPPING METHODS

A) Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping is offered for free on orders over $90 CAD and will be delivered within 2-3 business days. For orders below $90 CAD, standard shipping will incur the specified fee and will also be delivered within 2-3 business days.

B) Expedited Shipping:

Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be delivered within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the delivery address.

SECTION 3 – ORDER PROCESSING TIME

A) Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for order processing during peak seasons or promotions.

SECTION 4 – SHIPMENT TRACKING

A) Tracking Information:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order's progress through the provided carrier link.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

A) Delivery Address:

We only ship to valid Canadian addresses. Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information to avoid delays or issues with delivery.

B) P.O. Box Delivery:

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. A physical street address is required for delivery.
